School Charter
The School Charter is the principal constituent document that defines the legal status of the educational institution, its objectives and scope of activities, management structure, the rights and responsibilities of participants in the educational process, and the procedures governing the organization of educational activities.
In carrying out its activities, the school is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", other applicable legal and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Compulsory Educational Standards, the School Charter, and the school's internal regulations.
The Charter establishes the main areas of the school's activities, the principles governing the educational process, the responsibilities of the School Administration, the Pedagogical Council, and other governing bodies, as well as the framework for cooperation among students, teachers, parents (legal guardians), and other participants in the educational process.
The document also regulates student admission procedures, the organization of the educational process, the school timetable, compliance with internal rules, measures to ensure safety and protect the life and health of students, and the general principles of educational and extracurricular activities.
Particular attention is given to ensuring equal access to education, compliance with legislation, openness and transparency, mutual respect, equal rights for all participants in the educational process, the creation of a safe learning environment, and conditions that support the comprehensive development of every student.
The provisions of the Charter are binding upon the School Administration, teaching staff, students, parents (legal guardians), and all other persons involved in the activities of the educational institution within the scope of their responsibilities.
If amendments are made to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or changes occur in the organizational and legal structure of the educational institution, the provisions of the Charter may be revised in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
